Ashleigh Patterson
Assistant Manager | Consulting
The onboarding programme was a great introduction to the company, with a strong structure and interactive elements that kept everyone engaged. It brought together people from different backgrounds, ensured a consistent level of understanding for everyone, and provided valuable insights into other areas of the business.
Max Malone
Senior Commercial Executive
One of the standout aspects has been the progression – I was promoted within three months of joining, and I’m now on track for another promotion. It’s a business that genuinely rewards performance and provides clear opportunities to grow.
Sarah Glanville
Strategic Partnerships Manager
My route into strategic partnerships wasn’t traditional. Starting in 360 recruitment sales before Leyton, I joined in talent engagement, transitioning into communications and brand content, before moving into partnerships. What Leyton has given me is the space to bring all of that experience and creativity with me rather than leave it at the door.
Nageza Mukosha
Assistant Manager | Consulting
One of the things that impressed me most about Leyton was the quality of the onboarding experience. It was structured, comprehensive and gave me the tools and confidence needed to settle into my role quickly. Since joining, the continued investment in learning and development has helped me strengthen my technical expertise and grow as a consultant.
Mairhead McKinley
Programme Manager | Consulting
From the very first interview, the communication and contact from the team was excellent, which immediately gave me a great impression of Leyton. The induction process was well organised and made settling in really easy. Everyone in the office was, and continues to be, incredibly welcoming and supportive. Within just a few weeks, I felt as though I had been part of the team for years.
